The registration fee for the 2010 ICFM workshop is 450,- € per participant, including single room accommodation for three nights with breakfast, lunch, dinner and two coffee breaks, abstract book. Please indicate your period of accommodation.

Registration is only valid upon receipt of the conference fee. Registration deadline is April 15th 2010. The conference fee includes free participation in all lectures and the poster sessions, abstract book, three nights of accommodation in single room, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, coffee breaks at “Kardinal-Döpfner-Haus (conference venue), participation to social programme.
Reservation of rooms is done by the conference organizers on a first come basis. If this venue is full, € 200 will be reimbursed. Extension of accommodation is possible to Friday, June 11, 2010 for € 72 per person per day, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and two coffee breaks. Please inquire for room availability!
Accompanying persons may not enter scientific sessions and do not receive conference materials. Their fee of € 280 includes three nights of single room accommodation at conference venue, all meals, visit to Freising Cathedral and dinner at Bavarian Biergarden. A limited number of rooms for double room accommodation are available upon request. Please inquire for room availability and for additional accommodation.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation is free until May 3, 2010. For Cancellation until May 21, 2010 a fee of € 135 will be raised. Cancellations made after May 24, 2010 can not be reimbursed. A replacement delegate may be sent at no extra charge. The organizers reserve the right to cancel this conference if a sufficient number of registrations are not received by May 1, 2010. If the organizers cancel this event, registration fees will be refunded in full. In case of cancellation of this event, the organizers are not liable for non-refundable (air) fares or ticket change penalties.
