ICFM workshop 2025

The 11th workshop of the International Commission on Food Mycology (ICFM, IUMS) was organized jointly with the International Commission of Penicillium and Aspergillus (ICPA, IUMS) and wil take place at the Westerdijk Fungal Biodiversity Institute, Utrecht, the Netherlands, from 7–9 July 2025. 

The meeting was open to participants from academia and industry, and held in hybrid style, both of in-person (onsite) and remote (online), and oral and poster presentations were presented.
